This policy explains how Schneider Garage Door Inc. processes information through its WhatsApp proposal gateway. The gateway is an internal business tool used to receive project details and images from approved company senders, prepare proposal materials, and return completed documents through WhatsApp.

Information we process

We may process the sender's WhatsApp phone number and profile name, message text, project and customer details included in a message, uploaded images or other media, message identifiers and timestamps, delivery status, and the proposal documents created from that information.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate approved senders, understand a proposal request, prepare and quality-check a garage-door proposal, return the resulting document, maintain operational records, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot the service.

Sharing and service providers

Information is processed through WhatsApp and Meta and by infrastructure providers that host or secure the gateway and proposal workspace. We do not sell personal information or use gateway messages for third-party advertising. We disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the company, or the service.

Retention and security

Messages, media, processing records, and proposal files are retained only as needed for proposal operations, customer service, security, and applicable business or legal record requirements. Access is restricted, webhook requests are signature-verified, approved senders are allowlisted, and credentials are stored separately from public pages. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information handled by this gateway by emailing service@schneidergaragedoor.comor calling 818-510-7603. Please identify the WhatsApp number and proposal involved. We will verify the request and respond subject to applicable legal and record-retention obligations. Deleting a WhatsApp account does not automatically delete records already provided to Schneider Garage Door Inc.

Children

This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use it to collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
